Ball Valve, Flush Bottom

Flow Chem Industries offers speciality ball valves for special services. Flush bottom ball valves are available in sizes 25 mm to 350 mm. This new design of flush bottom valve has following advantages over conventional valves: i) Fast drainage - port diameter of the ball is equal to the pipe ID; when valve is opened the flow is straight-through, full and unobstructed; ii) Easy drainage - this is because of the quarter-turn open to close feature, which require exceptionally low operating torque; no seemingly endless turning of hand wheel required; and iii) Complete drainage - this is because the ball is located very near to the tank, minimizes space thus preventing sludge and other trapped sediment from accumulating.
