Ball Valve

Advanced Techno Product offers the standard Legris ball Valve, which provides a reliable means of opening and closing fluid systems. It requires a simple quarter turn of the lever to operate the two-way version or a 180? turn for the three-way valve. It is designed to be compatible with a wide range of fluids. The low friction coefficient of the ball and rilsan graphite seals means that the opening and closing torque is low. The seal remains in contact with the ball at all times thus preventing leakage. A single threaded insert forms part of the valve body, maintaining the required seal compression. The valve provides many thousands of trouble free operations due to the O-rings compensating for any seal wear. The stop pin is independent of the handle, because of which it can be re-oriented. The seals are designed to remove scale deposits with each operation thus slowing down the build-up of scale. It is available in large range of bores from 4 mm to 50 mm.
