Claimed to be India’s first time top entry single piece Teflon lined ball valves, use of these valves reduces down time of plant during maintenance, as the procedure is simplified: just open four bolts, remove top and cover, lift ball by jacking the bottom bolt, and all the changing parts (like ball, seat ring, etc), are accessible. The best part is, all this can be done without removing the ball valve from the pipe line. Standard materials of construction (MOC): body – SGI/WCB/CF 8/CF 8M; ball – WCB/CF 8/CF 8 M/other special alloys; and lining thickness – FEP/PFA 3.5 to 4.0 mm.
