Advance Systems Controls is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company established in year 1983 with manufacturing units in Mumbai and Pune. The company offers a range of Ball Valves and Rotary Actuators. The ball valves are available in: size range 15 NB to 400 NB (cast steel), and 15 NB to 50 NB (forge steel); class range – 150 # to 1500 # (cast steel), and 800 # to 2500 # (forge steel); design and testing standard – ANSI, API, ASME, BS, DIN, MSS; end connections – socket weld/screwed/flanged; and operating arrangement – hand wheel/gear/pneumatic/electric motorised operated, etc. The rotary actuators are robust and sturdy in design. All the actuator mountings are as per ISO 5211 standard, and pneumatic connections are as per Namur standard. Design of actuator is rack and pinion type. Material of construction is in aluminium extruded body/stainless steel. Three-position rotary actuators are also available for coarse/fine application for processes. Available for various torque rating, and working pressure of air up to 250 psi.
