Ball Valves

Diamond Dew Ball Valves are offered in three-piece, two-piece and one-piece designs with full bore and reduced bore with ends threaded, socket weld or butt weld, flanged to ANSI or DIN Std. The PTFE seats eliminate the need of periodic maintenance. The mirror finish ball ensures perfect matching with seats and given long life. Blow-out proof stem and GFT packing eliminate gland leakages and reduce operating torque. The three-piece sandwich design facilitates installation and in-line maintenance at site of seats and seals without dismantling the valve. These valves are also provided with heating/cooling jackets to suit the service conditions. The sizes range from 1/4"to 6"and pressures to 1500 PSIG. Materials of construction can be CI, cast steel, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, SS 304/316 or as required. Applications are in chemical, petrochemical, fertilizers, paint, pharmaceutical, paper, steel, and other process industries. Ball valves are also available with pneumatic/electric actuators for remote control. Multiport ball valves are also available in different types of construction and design.
