Jay Valves offers a range of valves. These are used in: chemicals, petrochemicals, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, ink, dyes and paints industries, hydraulic systems, laboratories, paper mills, processing plants, refineries, test benches, etc. Special features: these are precisely machined to produce superior quality and excellent performance. Close inspections are carried out at every stage of the production in order to maintain high quality standards. Design points are as under: regular port and full bore port; single piece and three piece design; compactness and high flow capacity; longer life with minimum maintenance; positive shuft-off with quarter turn operation and low operation torque. Sizes: 3 mm to 100 mm (1/8" to 4"). End connections: screwed BSP, BSPT and NPT; socket weld and butt weld; flanged to ASA, BS and DIN; and double ferrules tube fittings. Materials: square forged carbon steel, brass, SS 304, SS 316, cast steel WCB and MS round body. Working pressure: 3000 PSI or 200 kg/cm?, 1000 PSI or 70 kg/cm?, 500 PSI or 35 kg/cm? and 300 PSI or 21 kg/cm?. Temperature: suitable for process temperature from -25?C to + 200?C.
