Ball Valve

All products are designed, manufactured and inspected as per various international specifications by vast experienced technocrats under strict supervision. The company offers quarter turn, lever operated Ball Valves with blow out proof stem, micro-finished, floating action ball and profile machined PTFE seats that ensure bubble tight shut off. Fire safe designs as per API 607 and anti-static device are added features, with full port and regular port. These valves are available in one, two and three piece, full port regular port wafer type and jacketed. End connections are screwed, socket weld or flanged ends to ASA, BS and DIN standards. Gear or power operated systems are provided on demand. Material of construction: SS 304, 304L, 316, 3161, alloy 20 and CS; design specification – BS 5351; inspection standard – BS 6755; sizes – 10 to 300 mm, pressure rating – 150 & 300#. Illustration: three-piece flanged end ball valve, three piece socket weld ball valve; multi port ball valve – multi port ball valves are easy to operate for change of flow direction compared to conventional two way ball valves. Old tradition of using 3- and 4-way lubricated plug valves in air drying plant are replaced by multi-port ball valves since these valves do not contaminate oily vapour in system. These are suitable up to 450?F temperature. End connections: SW screwed or flanged ends; sizes – 15 to 200 mm; pressure rating – 150 and 300 class. Supply could be made under third party inspection.
