Ball Valve

The Ball Valve, Series 143 is available in 3-piece design to suit a wide range of applications, and pressure up to 500 bar. This is most easily maintainable online in their class by removing three body connector bolts and loosening the fourth bolt so the body can swing away using the fourth bolt as a fulcrum, to facilitate any maintenance work. Due to this feature, the valve does not have to be removed. The mirror finish SS floating ball is held between pre-compressed seat with slots for a leak tight fit at both positive and negative pressure. The bottom entry blow-out proof glandless stem with malleable casting cranked lever provides maximum safety, manufactured as per BS 5351 and tested as per BS 5146 or API 598 standard. This valve is available in ASTM A 105, forged SS 304, SS 316, mild steel and brass materials, with socket weld, S/E and butt-welded or extended nipple end connections.
