Autoclave Valves

Ise International Pte offers Autoclave Valves. These valves are designed and built to operate safely at pressures to 150,000 psi (10,350 bar). These are high-pressure valves designed for specialised operating requirements and extreme conditions. Valve features include non-rotating stems, metal-to-metal seating, a choice of stem tips and many end connections to provide optimum performance in specialized fluid handling components. The low-pressure valves feature a single ferrule compression sleeve connection for fast easy make-up. Medium pressure to 20,000 psi (1,360 bar) and high pressure to 150,000 psi (10,350 bar) product lines feature coned and threaded connections for high strength and repeated make-up. A complete series of high-pressure valves and fittings for sour oil and gas applications are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed NACE MR0175 requirements.
