This provides non-pulsating vacuum and pressure. It has an energy saving pump design operating at low periphery speed and offer specific power of 60 to 65 m3/hr per kW. The pumps are available in wide selection for any requirement range from 20 to 15,000 m3/hr, vacuum up to 700 mm Hg and pressure up to 3.5 kg-f/cm2. Vacuum pumps with air ejectors are available in capacity from 50 to 2000 m3/hr and vacuum up to 25 mm Hg abs. The pumps require no lubrication and can handle air/gas/air with water comfortably. Standard pumps are available with stuffing box type gland seal arrangement and can also be offered with mechanical seal. The design facilitates easy maintenance and axial clearances are in mm size. Impellers are duly dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940-1973 (E) class G 6.3. Vacuum pumps are available in CI FG-260 grade; gun metal, phosphor bronze, aluminum bronze, ss-304, ss-316 and other alloy steel materials as per requirements.
