Water Ring Vacuum Pump

Compressor PL Series water ring vacuum pump is an improved concept in liquid ring technology developed by highly technical and experienced engineers solely engaged in manufacturing of vacuum pumps. These pumps are designed to handle water, liquid, air, gas, etc. They are used in industries like paper, sugar, power plants, mines, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, fertilizer, asbestos, food processing, solvent extractions, oil refineries, distilleries, railways, tyre, textile industries, etc. A choice of materials of construction is used: complete cast iron; partial SS-316; and complete SS-316. Other materials are also available on customer’s requirements. Compressor: the pump can also be used to deliver pure compressed air, gas, free from oil up to 1.5 kg/cm2 discharge pressure. Inlet water and sucked air gas is led into the water separator. The air or gas in separated from the ring water and air/gas is taken out to the system. Adjusting a safety valve of water separator can also set the working pressure. PL Series pumps are available in 5 models and various versions. The pump is certified for ISO-9001 by RWTUV. All pumps are tested for listed capacity as per BS-1571, Part-II and are guaranteed for 12 months of trouble free operation and defective parts in normal operation.
