Water Jet Vacuum System, Mist Type

Mist Ressonance Engg Pvt Ltd (MREPL) has successfully developed mist type Water Jet Vacuum Systems which perform multiple functions of condensation of vapours as well as production of vacuum in the same unit by using water alone. Thus, use of steam jet ejectors/vacuum pumps is nullified. For process industries where water vapour is condensed using barometric condensers and vacuum is generated by using vacuum pump or steam jet ejectors, these systems offer a classic solution of saving power/steam. MTWJVC ensures a constant generation of vacuum up to 710 mm of Hg which is produced in less than 3 minutes of start-up. High quality stainless steel 304/316 material is used for corrosion free operation, which also ensures a system life of minimum 15 to 20 years. Combo vacuum system for higher vacuum requirement up to 2 Torr (A) is also available now. Payback period of system is obtained in less than 1 year. These systems are mostly required in industries such as chemical, rayon, starch, food processing, oil extraction/refining, sugar, latex, etc.
