Gawade"s portable vacuum pumps are produced in a well-equipped plant. The new portable vacuum pump is a direct driven, oil immersed, rotary vane type pump. The rotor is directly mounted on the electric motor shaft. As the rotor revolves in the stator body the vanes sweep the air volume thrice in one revolution, and this V-cycle goes on continuously, transferring air to the exhaust side of the pump. Graded material is used for manufacturing all the internal moving parts. All parts are precisely machined and ground with specific clearance to increase the efficiency and the trouble-free service to the customer for years together. The vacuum pump is very portable, mono bloc type and smaller in size. It is useful in operation theatres, X-ray machines, screen-printing, and holding the master film in photo copying, air conditioning and refrigeration services.
