Vacuum Piston Pumps

Em Jay Engineers offers the Italvacuum range of vacuum piston pumps. The reasons why Italvacuum pumps are capable of such outstanding performances are essentially: low speed (250 RPM); high temperature of both piston and barrel; dual lubrication circuit with injection of fresh non-reusable oil; moderate consumption of low-cost oil; special exhaust valves in suitably selected positions; continuous discharge of condensates and of used oil; and specifically designed post-condenser. The special dual-circuit lubrication system, the metered fresh oil injection, the continuous scavenging of barrel inner wall and the disposal of the polluted oil represent a very, efficient barrier to the attack of solvents so that perfect mating of piston and barrel is preserved for a very long time. Several models of pumps are offered: four of the single-stage type and four of the dual-stage type. Cooling is done by air for all types, excepting Model D. Four models with root compressor are available, with a capacity from 200 to 1000 cubic meters/hr; and vacuum down to 0.08 mbar. Special models with dual Root compressor are supplied on request.
