Oil lubricated Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps. These are single stage, oil lubricated vane type pumps with inbuilt oil-circulation and anti-suckback system.
These models are quite versatile and find their applications in Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries for Distillation, Evacuation & Filtration and are suitable for host of other general Vacuum applications like Holding, Conveying, Glass Blowing, Lamination, Labelling, Paper Feeding, Vacuum Forming, Blister Packing, Bottle Filling, Vacuum Sealing & Food Processing etc.
- The oil circulation system is designed so that after providing lubrication to all vital components of pump, oil travels ahead without contaminating the air and gets automatically collected re-circulation
- The pumps have a high pumping speed, high water-vapour tolerance, dynamically balanced rotor, built-in oil circulation system, built-in anti-suckback system
- They are air cooled with no oil mist/fumes, low noise levels and low power consumption, and
- Used for distillation, evacuation and filtration and is suitable for other general vacuum applications like holding, conveying, glass blowing, lamination, labelling, vacuum forming, blister packing, bottle filling, vacuum sealing and food processing, etc.
