Rotary Vane Oil Sealed High Vacuum Pump

Indovac rotary vane oil sealed high vacuum pumps are available in single and double stage with directly coupled to motor flange or with V-belt driven. Directly coupled to motor flange of the pumps are compact in size, evenly balanced with exceptional size to performance ratio. V-belt driven pumps are supplied with air or water-cooled and are available in various capacities. Range: direct coupled – V-belt: F.A.D. up to 40 m3/hr – 600 m3/hr; vacuum (I stage) 5 x 10-1 – 5 x 10-2; vacuum (II stage) 5 x 10-2 – 5 x 10-3.
