Rotary Vane Pumps, Single Stage

Prabivac Pumps offers a range of Single Stage Rotary Vane Pumps for highly efficient performance. The design has been evolved by a team of experts who have rich experience of about 20 years in the field of vacuum technology. This has helped optimize the design to get much better performance with noiseless and trouble free operation. These vacuum pumps with good sealing arrangement are sliding type, the vanes are spring loaded, mounted 180° apart on to a cylindrical rotating member. The pumps sweep the air from intake to the exhaust through NR valves at exhaust port. The repetition of this cycle of removing air or any gas from a system or any vessel results in the creation of high vacuum. An efficient oil circulation system provided within the pump serves to seal the pump from atmosphere as well as to lubricate all mechanical parts.
