The modular designed Busch R 5 series rotary vane vacuum pumps are single stage, air-cooled (no water needed), and direct driven. This oil-recirculating design is one of the simplest and most reliable vacuum pumps available on the worlds market. These pumps have excellent water vapour tolerance, oil mist eliminator, proven reliability also under continuous operation, and easy maintenance. These pumps are designed for such applications as chemical and pharmaceutical processing, printed circuit board (PCB) testing, rubber moulding, thermoforming, plastic manufacturing, hospitals, laboratories, printing industries, food packaging/processing, robotics, vacuum lamination, and many others. These pumps are available with displacement capacity range from 3 to 1600 m3/hr with ultimate vacuum of 0.4 mm of Hg (0.5 mbar) absolute.
