Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps/Exhausters

Indovac liquid ring vacuum pumps/exhausters are positive displacement type. Service liquid is regulated and due to the eccentrically mounted impeller, the liquid thrown towards the periphery of the stator, thus forming sealant ring. Process gas is trapped in the space between the impeller blades, compressed and expelled in a continuous suction exhaust cycle. The pumps can be offered in different materials such as cast iron, gun metal and stainless steel. Features: Smooth running, excellent performance, modest maintenance, use as compressor possible; mechanical shaft seals on either end of shaft; and maximum vacuum using water as sealant at 30°C and at sea level condition. Applications: distillation, de-vapourising, drying, pneumatic conveying, degreasing, sterilization, concentration of solvents-exhausting, etc. Indovac is widely known for accredited pressure and vacuum technology.
