Liquid ring vacuum pumps

Mazda Limited manufactures two-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps that are water lubricated. The pump components are made of rugged cast iron and stainless steel. These pumps do not incorporate Teflon or rubber balls. This results in high vacuum performance. Pure graphite packing combined with low friction feature gives greater reliability. The water used as lubricant cools the pump and prevents gas leakage.
