Evisceration System

Indovac Pumps & Engineering Co has innovated and developed indigenously an Eviscerataion System for applications in recovery process, in conformity with international standards. The system is based on the principle of recovery of any substance from the main product for further process. The system comprises a built-in fabricated structure with vacuum pump, motor, automatic valves, piping, switches and control panel. The capacity of the vessel for collection of the substances is approx 200 ltrs. The vessel is manufactured in food grade SS316.The liquid ring vacuum pump develops vacuum in the vessel. The suction nozzles are by passed through the storage vessel to its connecting point. The suction nozzle functions with vacuum sensor which is connected to foot operated switch on both sides of the unit for dual operation. A hydro/pneumatic circuit is provided for automatic disposal of the substance to other subsequent processes as may be feasible, or as per the needs of customers. This system is used mainly in sea food processing, pharma industries, chemical applications, distillation and recovery processes in any industries. The company has command over vacuum technology to meet the needs of the hour, and has plans to standardise the pilot unit for applications both in India and international market.
