DIAPHRAGM VACUUM PUMPS

Sri Vishnu Pump Mfg offers Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps. It is low in noise emissions and suitable for oil free air applications. It is entirely die cast in aluminium to make it portable and light weight. It is rugged but compact which results in optimum performance at high pressure and vacuum level at relatively high flow. It can achieve a maximum vacuum of 700 mmHg, with a maximum free air displacement of at 75 PM. The maximum positive pressure available is 4 bar (kg/cm2). All wetted parts are available in various options such as SS316/ PP/ Teflon, etc. Diaphragms are made of neoprene rubber, Teflon, viton, silicon, etc, to suit every application. These find application in laboratories, pollution monitoring equipments, material handling equipments, flame photometer, plastic welding machines, agitation of chemicals, aeration, de-soldering stations, oil free spray painting, etc. Compressors are also available.
