Diaphragm Pumps

Acmevac have developed oil free diaphragm pumps. These can be used either as vacuum pumps or oil free compressors and are designed for uncontaminated delivery of air, gases or vapours. They are also suitable for oil free air i and vacuum production without environmental contamination through oil mist. These units are diaphragm type and hence there is no rubbing of parts and negligible wear and tear. No lubrication is required. Heads are made of aluminium alloy castings and the diaphragms are made of neoprene rubber or other elastomers depending on applications. Specially designed motors are offered in single phase and three phase constructions. These pumps are mounted on rubber Oads for silent, vibration free running. Due to compact design, these pumps are suitable for laboratories and original equipment manufacturers. Single stage and two stage models are available. User areas are laminating press, materials handling equipment, labelling machines, dye casting machines, plastic welding machines, gas welding machines, vacuum soldering irons, agitation of film in drying tanks, agitation of chemicals in electroplating tanks, cement aeration, glass forming, paint spraying, etc.
