CPV Pump Vessel Units

Melkev Machinery Impex offers CPV Pump Vessel Units. These units are installed on glass or marble working machines, where non-aggressive liquids could be sucked by the vacuum pumps. These units has a stand-alone configuration and a very compact shape. These units are connected to the working machines, usually with flexible pipes. A ball valve installed at the tank intake allows insulation of the unit from the working machine during routine maintenance operations. The first separation is done in the 25 litres, aluminium tank in which the internal configuration generates the cyclone effect. On the external surface of the tank is lodged a floating type level gauge that allows an easy control of the amount of liquid inside and it is equipped with a sensor that provide an electric signal when the maximum level is reached. Then the fluid reaches the external condensate separator filter on which it is installed a vacuum gauge and a valve. The filter is connected to the pump by a rigid pipe on which is lodged an auxiliary anti-suck back valve. The LB series, WR version are the vacuum pumps installed on these units that are fitted with the high efficiency gas ballast device that allow the pump to separate the moisture still present and to evacuate it when the pump is stopped.
