End suction pumps are ideal for applications such as chemical plants, petrochemicals, refineries, paper and pulp, nuclear power, mining, food industries, sewage, drugs and pharma, water supply, etc. Advantages include: as per DIN 24256/ISO 2858 standards; modern hydraulic design with optimum efficiency, low NPSHR values; double volute design for medium and large size pump impellers; low radial force on impellers; long life for bearings and mechanical seals; and reduction on shaft deflection at stuffing box. Basic specifications: size – 40 x 32 mm-500 x 500 mm; discharge – 3 m3/h-5250 m3/h; total head – 1.5 m-225 m; speed – 740/985/1470/2900 RPM; temperature – -30ºC to +180ºC; and flanges – ANSI B 16.5 CL 150/300.
