Nanfang Pumps offers a Submersible Sewage Pump, WQ Series. It is the new generation pump with lot of advantages like high efficiency, unique structure, circulation proof, non-clog, easy installation, strong reliability, automatic control, etc. It is especially suitable for pumping liquids with solids and fibres materials. Special features: unique single (double) flow channel impeller greatly increases the capacity of transferring sewage including fibres with 5x of the pump nozzle diameter and solids with diameter of 50% of the pump nozzle; double end mechanical seal or double-layer type which always works in the oil chamber, the material is a new type of harden friction-resistant tungsten carbide, it can continuously work more than 8000 h; compact structure, low noise, less area, no need to build pump house, energy efficient and easy maintenance, it directly works in the water, so it saves a lot of cost; there is over heat or over current protection, which prevents pump from over heating, high precision, anti-disturbance, leakage-detection sensor is set to the pump with power over 7.5 kW; this system can monitor water leakage, electricity leakage, overload and high temperature, floating switch changes according to the liquid level to control the start and stop of the pump automatically. It is very convenient to be operated; and automatic stir device can produce the very strong power, stirs the deposit in sewage tank for the suspension, which is smoothly discharged by the impeller, so that it can clear silt.
