This compact unit controls the complete operation of submersible pump.
All operational status is displayed through 7 segment displays.
Easy to control auto and manual mode.
In Manual Mode, pump is controlled by Start & Stop pushbuttons.
The unit digitally displays incoming voltage and current, while the pump is running.
Signal to the Start winding of the pump is automatically cut off after 2 seconds, even if the Start button is continuously pressed for more than 2 seconds. Thus, avoiding any damage to the start winding or start capacitor.
The over load current can be set anywhere up to 20 amps. The over load current is also digitally displayed, to make it easy to set over load current.
For operation in auto mode, a 3-core wire is laid from panel to the overhead tank. The unit can be put into auto mode, by means of a simple toggle switch.
The pump is automatically, turned ON, when the water level decreases below the minimum level.
In Auto Mode, voltage and current is digitally displayed, as in Manual Mode.
When the maximum level is reached, the pump is turned off automatically.
When the tank is full, the unit displays “FUL”, to indicate that the tank is full.
The over load monitoring is continuously operational, in Auto and Manual Mode. If pump is running above the set over current, the pump is stopped and the unit displays “TRIP” to indicate that the pump is tripped due to over load.
Panels can be ordered with or without Running and Starting Capacitors.
The models are available for single and three phase pumps.
