Centrifugal multistage submersible pumps from Best Engineers Pumps Pvt Ltd are manufactured with impellers of glass filled polycarbonate/GFN2 materials that assure high wear resistance. The motor body is made of stainless steel pipe and high quality water resistant polymer insulated wires are used. The motor is squirrel cage induction type that is totally enclosed and water filled. The stainless steel rotor shaft with good quality laminations is epoxy coated and baked to prevent rusting. While thrust bearings are of special design and lead-tin bronze are used to ensure resistance. Pure water filled in the motor before installation lubricates the winding and bearing bushes.
