Grenco Engineers offers Slurry Pump Drives. A variable pitch pulley is used as slurry pump drives for the ash handling plant in thermal power station. These stationary, adjustable slurry pump drives are capable to give a wide range of variable driven speed by changing the PCD simply by turning a nut. Speed variation limit can be increased proportionately by using two or more driven pulleys. Both the types of V-belts, i.e., SPC, C, D, E, section belts can be used for power transmission but power capacity depends on the sizes of pulleys diameter, number and section of grooves like standard V-pulley. The mounting and operation of slurry pump drives is very simple. It requires negligible attention and maintenance. This drive is manufactured as per customers’ requirement basis up to 750 HP at 1440 RPM motor. The company offers its expertise to manufacture such drives based on drive design and technical data provided by the customer.
