Baloni Engineering manufactures non-clog Sewage Submersible Pumps, the company known for its expertise to offer tailor made submersible waste water pumps and pumping solutions. These pumps are specially designed for handling raw sewage water like slurry, sludge, effluents and to pump out fibrous material like plastic sheets and soft solid, with capacity of solid handling up to 125 mm. Baloni non-clog sewage pumps are driven by `F’ class squirrel cage induction motor as per IP-68, suitable for 3-phase, 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply. The impeller of the pump is directly mounted on the extended shaft of motor. The motor is protected with thermistor control, moisture sensor, and two mechanical seals running in oil of adequate combination. Specifications, BSP Series: head – up to 40 mtr; capacity – 26,700 LPM; power – up to 100 HP; stage – single; solid handling size – up to 200 mm; and speed – 960/1450 RPM. Features: international standard design, water/oil proof cable, thermal overload protector, silicon carbide an TC/TC mechanical seal, and high grade cast iron casting.
