Process pumps, kynar pvdf/polypropylene

PROCESS PUMPS, KYNAR PVDF/POLYPROPYLENE (pix pi.3) (cat 27) Polyquip offers Kynar PVDF/polypropylene process pumps, a type of horizontal pumps, manufactured by Ansha Equipments. PVDF and polypropylene have a crucial role in hard-to-handle corrosive and hazardous chemicals in process industry plants. These are made of moulded construction in PVDF or polypropylene for HCl, HF, H2SO4, etc. The impeller is fixed on the shaft and is provided with suitable sleeve/extensions in hastelloy-C, glass filled Teflon, alloy-20, etc, suiting the chemical. The pumps come with Grafoil gland packing or an appropriate mechanical seal. The bearing block adaptor is a separate piece and is made of glass filled polypropylene to avoid effect of the corrosion with liquid leakage through the glands. The pumps are available up to 50 m3/hr capacities and maximum head up to 45 metres. We also offer pumps of glass filled polypropylene constructions. Also offered are pumps in hastelloy, alloy-20, SS 316, etc, rotary gear pumps and self priming pumps for solvents, multiple effect evaporation plants, material handling systems, etc.
