High Pressure Screw Pumps

Rajamane Industries offers Screw Pumps, BFS, FFS Series. These pumps are designed with high wear resistant silicon carbide housing and specially treated ground screw spindles. This combination ensures long life of the pump. These are available for pressure ranges up to 100 bar, 300 LPM for coolant and 120 bar, 330 LPM for oils of 20 CST viscosity. Also the special carbide bushings enhance the life of the pump many times. They are available with accessories like fixed/variable type pressure relief values. These pressure relief valves can be controlled manually or electronically. As an option, pole changing motors/frequency drive can be fitted for varying the flow. These screw pumps are specially designed for the machine tool industry with the 50 years of experience gained by Brinkmann.
