Screw Pumps

PK Series industrial and chemical screw pumps have applications in all types of abrasive, corrosive, high consistency, fibrous, viscous and non-viscous slurries, and sludge with solid suspensions which are generally considered unpumpable. These are available in: capacity – 300 m3/hr; pressure – 24 bar; temperature – 200°C; and viscosity –1,00,000 CST. Features: PK series of pumps are designed with special geometries in ½ as well as 2/3 profiles; while cast iron and SS 316 material of construction are offered, special materials of construction are available for highly corrosive fluids; shaft sealing ensured by soft gland packing/mechanical seal; and torsion free metal bonded stator and double sealed universal joints for longer service life higher efficiency.
