Motor Load Monitor

Industrial Control Research Labs offers a Motor Load Monitor, a low cost tool to enhance productivity and uptime. One cannot control what cannot be measured. Detailed measurement can help detect and diagnose the problem. Excessive cost of breakdown is higher than the cost of measuring and metering accurately, to avoid emergency shutdown. A sensor continuously measures the shaft load of the motor. The motor load monitor can be attached to any motor, centrifugal pump, magnetically driven pump, screw pump, submersible pump, impeller pump, evacuation pump, air compressor, exhaust fan, centrifugal fan, conveyor system, screw conveyor, lift, crane, chain driver, belt driver, crushing machine, mill, dryer, drilling, boring, grinding and polishing machine, press, saw, mixer, blender, roller, sprayer, agitator, chain pulley block, and all general and special electrical equipment. Using the motor load monitor, one can save energy by monitoring badly maintained or under loaded machines.
