These pumps employ a pair of single helical modified profile gears shrunk fitted on hardened and ground shaft as impeller supported on either side on self lubricated sintered bronze bush bearings. Pump casing and covers are machined precisely from closed grained CI casting confirming to IS 210 grade 20. These pumps are available from ¼” size to 2½” size with flow up to 400 LPM and pressure up to 11 bar, they are ideally suitable for OEM application, engine lubrication pumping and heating unit, oil filtration cleaning systems.
