Rotary Gear Pump

SM Industries offers a Rotary Gear Pump, Type DG, for pumping and transfer of viscous and semi viscous liquids, oil and petroleum products. The pump comprises of modified profile single helical gears, hardened and ground shaft, self-lubricated sintered bronze bush bearings, and an effective built in pressure relief valve. The `JENI’ rotary gear pump is useful for handling viscous liquids, i.e., all kind of oils, viscous chemicals, and food applications. This includes: all kinds of mineral oils, all kinds of vegetable oils, coat tar, bitumen, asphalts, paints and varnish, sugar molasses and syrups, printing inks and dyes, all kind of fish and animal oils, glycerine and glycol, fuel oil, diesel oil and furnace oil, soap solutions and lard glue, viscous chemicals, etc. The rotary gear pump finds wide application in power plants, steel mills, potteries, refineries, oil storage installation facilities, etc. Features: available in 9 sizes; max capacity – 5 to 500 LPM; max pressure – 10 kg/cm2; modified version for high temperature up to 250ºC; and modified version for molasses and vacuum application.
