Rotary Gear Pumps & Metering/Dosing Pumps

Jagdish Engineering Works (JEW) offers Rotary Gear Pumps for transfer of chemical/furnace oil. These are available in various sizes from ¼” to 3” in different models, as single/double helical rotary gear pumps. Metering/Dosing Pumps are plunger type pumps for chemical lifting (self-priming) and transfer to the required head. The difference in discharge head does not affect the capacity of the pump. Dosing in reaction vessel or against pressure, this pump gives repeatability with variation maximum up to 2%. Diaphragm pump is the best option for chemicals like H2SO4, HCL, corrosive chemicals, hazardous chemicals, etc., and give 100% leak proof and long lasting performance. Hydraulic oil chamber with compensating relief valve gives longer life to the pump and also releases the excess pressure on the pump. Hazardous chemicals to be lifted from drum can be transferred very easily with this pump, which has capacity to lift chemicals from drum or tank up to 9 feet and can discharge the same at required head or can dose in discharge pressurised or open tank.
