Ani Engineers offers Anivarya Rotary Gear Pump, Series SS. This has received very good response from the market and chemical as well as food industries during last 10 years. The company has added some more features to impart the reliability as well as easier selection of the pumps. Features: complete SS-316 (CF-8M) investment cast construction to provide best quality material as well as excellent look; pumps are available in SS-316L, hastalloy and any other material of construction against specific requirement; optional availability of pumps without nitrided gears and shaft against specific requirement; added sizes of 1/4”, 3/4”, 3” and 4” to facilitate the wider range for selection; flow rates available are from 2.5 LPM to 1100 LPM in SS series pumps; range of maximum pressure is 10 kg/cm² in standard pumps; available with flange mounted design with facility of L-type mounting bracket to make the pump suitable for foot mounting; external ball bearing support to drive shaft is also available for driving the pump through belt/chain drive; and pure PTFE gland packing as a standard design with optional availability of Z-Pak or mechanical seal at shaft seal on specific requirement. These pumps are highly suitable for pumping and transfer of corrosive chemicals, acids, dyes, resins, pigment, printing inks, liquid wax and various other liquids up to viscosity of 5000 CST and up to temperature of 500 deg C. The pumps are optionally available with built-in pressure relief valve. The company also offers simple design cast iron pumps for transfer of non-corrosive liquids, fuel oils, diesel oils, etc., with built-in relief valve facility. Special pumps for OEMs can also be developed as per requirement.
