Rotomac Industries offers Wide Throat Pump, Series WAF. Features: hopper type suction inlet-eases entry of thick "plastico-viscous" material; forced feed auger to push "difficult to flow" media into pumping cavity; solid shaft - handles solids with ease; available in bareshaft or close coupled configurations; wide choice of materials to suit corrosive and/or abrasive media; torsion free metal bonded stator for increased life, higher efficiency and per stage pressure; high suction lift capability up to 8.4 MWC; double articulated sealed joints ensures smooth power transmission and longer service life of critical components; handles solid in suspension or mixture containing high percentage of solids; works on snore, i.e., handles high percentage of air with liquid; very low internal velocity reduces wear due to erosion and corrosion; suction and delivery ends can be interchanged by merely changing the direction of rotation of the pump; used for food and beverage applications, aseptic design in complete stainless steel construction and port flanges in SMS/IDF available; and available in bare shaft or close coupled configurations. Performance data: max capacity - 200 m3/hr; max pressure 24 bar or more for system pressures; max temperature 140°c; max viscosity 1,000,000 CSt; max solid size soft and compressible 120 mm, hard and angular 30 mm.
