Vacuum Booster Pump / Roots Pump

Alfa Engineering Works offer Vacuum Booster Pump/ Roots Pump. Twing Lobe Booster Pump with Inbuilt bypass valve are mounted on top of Rotary vane Vacuum Pump as backing pump. It Improves ultimate vacuum by one order and give significant increase in Pumping speed of Vacuum system thereby reducing pump down time. Due to inbuilt bypass valve the booster can be started directly without VFD and at ahigher pressure. Ultimate vacuum can go upto 5X 10(-4) mbar, with a suitable backing pump. Capacities avaolable are 150 m3/Hr. 250 M3/Hr, 500 M3/Hr , 1000 M3/Hr, 2000 M3/Hr and 3000 M3/Hr.
