R K Foundry Works Pvt Ltd offers a range of Pumps and Pump Parts. The company specialises in the manufacturer of vane wheel impellers made in high tensile bronze (internationally recommended material) for over two decades. These impellers are supplied to various manufacturer and distributors throughout the country. The main products comprise of ferrous and non-ferrous casting supplied in as cast/proof machined/fully machined condition. All castings are produced with certified raw material to match customer expectations. The company, established in 1970, was initially set up as a foundry and machine shop and started manufacturing agricultural duty coupled pumps for engines and motors. It also manufactured monoblock pump kits of various ratings and sizes. These were supplied to leading original equipment manufacturers of electric motors. In 1976, it developed domestic monoblock pump kits suitable for 1440 RPM, ¼ HP, ½ HP and 1 HP motors. Since then, the company has been supplying these to major domestic monoblock pump manufacturers.
- For ferrous castings only pig iron ingots are used as raw material with high manganese and silicon content giving close-grained structure reducing weight and increasing strength
- All castings are fully shot blast removing all sand and flash (suitable for powder coating) directly
- For non-ferrous castings only ingots are used with duly certified composition by a test report form reputed ingot manufacturers
- Castings can be supplied as cast/proof machined or fully machined, components to desired precision or sub-assembly kits
- Due to better surface finish and dimensional accuracy machining margins may be reduced up to 1 mm
- Machine moulding facilities give castings uniform weight and thickness
- Cores can be provided where needed in bores as small as 8-10 mm
- Can supply components in smaller quantities as compared to bigger foundries
- Patterns can be developed as per customers’ drawings or samples in well equipped machine shops
- Specialised in castings in the weight range of 40 grams to 50 kg.
