Progressive Cavity Pumps

Netzsch Technologies offers Progressive Cavity Pumps. The features of these pumps are pulsation free pumping, metering accuracy, low npsh requirement, high solid handling capability (DS up to 40%), and viscosity up to 1 million mPas. These pumps are used for pumping cakes after filter press/centrifuges, abrasive slurry, and viscous pastes, etc. They are available in capacity from few ml/hr to 500 cu.m/hr and pressure range up to 72 bar. Stators are available in PTFE, EPDM, Viton and metal beside standard elastomer and metal parts in CI, SS 316, duplex and special alloys. Ceramic rotors used for handling chemically and mechanically aggressive slurries. Applications: pumps are widely used in the paint, petrochemical, environment, ink, food and pharma industry to convey almost all kinds of chemicals, solvents, and slurry viscous fluids.
