Peristaltic Pumps

Speciality Devices offers Peristaltic Pumps. These pumps are very accurate, positive pumping; self-priming and can run dry without damages. Electronic digital drives are used for adjustable flow with indication. These pumps use tubing itself as the only pumping element and thus eliminate plungers, diaphragms, non-return valves seals, gaskets, glands, etc. Different pump heads are available for specific applications. Liquid is contained in tube only thus any leakage, contamination is not possible. Liquids such as viscous, suspensions, shear sensitive, cell cultures, sterile are easily handled. Tubing can be changed easily in short time. Different liquids can be handled with same pump by just change of tubing with minimum downtime and assured purity of liquid. These pumps are available in capacities from 0.1 LPM to 3000 LPM. Multi-channel, programmable, pre-dispensing pumps are also available. These pumps find applications in metering/dosing, addition/charging duties, mixing, pharma and biotechnology, fermentor feeds, absorption columns, OEM use such as filling/packing machines sampling and pollution control to name a few applications. These pumps are economically priced with complete backing on service and spares at short periods.
