Motor Pumps, Sealless Canned

The world over, canned motor pumps are fast becoming the first choice for demanding modern day process and duty conditions. In the canned motor pump configuration the pump and motor are integral with the rotor driving the impeller directly. The pump is hermetically sealed, compact, vacuum tight with no couplings, no seal and runs to zero leakage, at very low vibration and noise levels. Features: explosion proof, flame proof, vacuum light, no seal, no coupling, no foundation, and compact – 1/3 size of conventional pumps. Benefits: zero emission, no alignment, no base plate, minimal maintenance, negligible downtime, longer `equipment-in’ time, low vibration and noise levels, and long trouble free service. Operating conditions: temperature – -120ºC to 400ºC; pressure – up to 200 bar; head – up to 200 m; capacity – 500 m3/hr; and power rating – up to 200 kW.
