Acme Air Equipments Company, an ISO 9001-2008 company, manufactures premium quality Mechanical Vacuum Boosters in their state-of-the-art modern manufacturing facility. The set up is equipped with CNC machines, CAD-CAM software and an efficient production, planning and quality control system in place. The company designs complete system combo pack with a booster at the core and connected with other equipment like primary pump, condensers, filters, valves, drive and instrumentation to function in auto-mode. This covers the wide spectrum of vacuum between 10 to 10³ mbar. The company designs and executes a varying range of combination and stages with a max pumping speed up to 100,000 LPM. The pressure differential is maintained between 60 to 100 mbar and the pressure ratio at optimum. The boosters are designed to handle vapours and gases at lower specific power consumption. The booster is a twin/tri lobe pump with involute profile enabling precise and constant volume displacement at rated condition. The company integrates the system by utilising two-stage liquid ring pump/oil sealed vacuum pump/rotary dry vacuum pump/steam or water jet ejector as primary pump.
