Manual Grease Pumps

Cendrop Multilub System offers Manual Grease Pumps, CM-MGP - 600 - 2. These pumps meant for feeding grease to bearing and other moving parts of machines such as bending machine, mixing machine, rolling mills, furnaces and other likely machines having 1 to 20 lubrication points. When the handle is pulled, grease is sucked through the suction port. While pushing handle this grease comes out under pressure through a check valve and is supplied to the grease pipelines. These pumps are having reservoir, which can be either of acrylic or mild steel or as per customer requirement. A tell tale rod indicates the level of grease and follower plates assembly helps in providing positive suction of the grease. Pump has outlet ports of 1/4" BSP on both sides. Normally left hand side is plugged and check valve is fitted on right hand side. However, if required, this plug and check valve can be interchanged. Grease filling in the reservoir can be done manually as per the procedure. There is also a provision to fill the grease by 1/4" BSP port on the right hand side. This pump is also normally plugged. Technical features: reservoir capacity: 6 litres; discharge: 2cc per stroke and maximum pressure is 60 kg/ cm2. Models CM-GP -1000 ? 4 & CM-GP-1500-4 are also offered.
