Manual Grease Pump

Cendrop Multilub System offers a range of products for lubrication systems. Manual grease pumps are meant for feeding grease to bearings and other moving parts of machines such as bending machine, mixing machine, rolling mills, furnaces and other likely machines having 1-20 lubrication points. When the handle is pulled, grease is sucked through the suction port. While pushing handle this grease comes out under pressure through a check valve and is supplied to the grease pipelines. The pump has a reservoir, which can be either of acrylic or mild steel (as per customer requirement). A tell-tale rod indicates the level of grease and follower plates assembly helps in providing positive suction of the grease. The pump has outlet ports of 1/4" BSP on both sides (right hand side and left hand side). Normally left hand side is plugged and check value is fitted on right hand side. However, if required, this plug and check valve can be interchanged. Grease filling in the reservoir can be done manually. For those who want to fill grease by another pump, a ¼” BSP port is providing on right hand side of the pump. This pump is normally plugged. For grease filling first of all unscrew bleed plug; pull the handle maximum out; remove grease pushers along with top cover by unscrewing 3 nuts of the top cover; fill the grease from top of the reservoir; fit the grease pusher, tighten 3 nuts of top cover and press the pusher by knob till grease comes out of the bleed port; plug the bleed port; the pump is ready for operations; and just press the handle.
