The most important features are: trouble free operation - accurate like conventional pumps; no operating difficulties like conventional pumps; accurate dimensions in drive shafts, bearing and timing gears ensure smooth operation even under continuous full load. Salient features: Master seals pumps are meant for high mechanical efficiency, means less energy consumption - lower operating cost - smaller motors - lower drive costs; rotor shafts sealed by hygienic mechanical seals or by packed glands selected for the duty conditions; generous distance separating the pumps head from the gear case; positive uninterrupted displacement by specially designed rotors creates a steady gentle pumping action which does not shear, agitate or aerate the products; easy-clean pump head which is idea for in place cleaning or can be rapidly stripped for manual cleaning, without disconnecting the pipe work; ports threaded or flanged to suit customer's requirements; purring chambers without pockets or crevices to harbour bacteria or contaminants; no contact between moving parts and no internal bearings in pump head; solid stainless, AISI 316 quality pumps head, rotors and shafts; food quality rubber cover; and robust cast iron gear case enclosing oil lubricated rolling bearings are precision timing gears.
