High Vacuum Diffusion Pumping System

High Vacuum Pumping System with Oil Diffusion pump backed by Direct Drive Rotary Vacuum Pump mounted on Movable trolley are capable of giving ultimate vacuum of the order of 1X 10(-6) mbar. The entire assembly is made with SS material TIG welded, and Helium Leak tested and mounted on Powder coated Mild steel structure. Liquid Nitrogen Trap is also provided as an additional accessory in the system which helps in achieving better ultimate vacuum, and eliminate oil vapor back streaming. Suitable for Both R&D and Industrial applications. Pumping capacities starts from 120 LPS, 280 LPS, 1000 LPS, 3000 LPS.
