This is an internal gear pump well suited for light, medium and intermittent service applications, handling a variety of liquids. The pump is made of cast iron. It features simple construction with just two moving parts, a gentle pumping action, as well as easy and economical maintenance. Excellent vacuum characteristics allow the pumps to operate and prime at suction lifts up to 7.5 m/25 ft, depending upon the vapourization point of volatile liquids. An overpressure safety relief valve is standard. Temperature range: -50? C to +230? C; Viscocity range: 1.0 cSt to 55,000 cSt; and capacity: up to 103 M3/hr. Options include a steam jacketed head or plate for temperature control; upright, opposite and right angle ports; and, shaft sealing.
